The CODE will be MISS for these cases and the ODD/EVEN field will be populated with either an O for odd or E for even. This is a trigger for the public safety software to identify streets owned by other jurisdictions with Missouri City addressesCOUNTY_L & COUNTY_R - County designation RECDATE - record date of plat which documents the creation of this road.
