Description: Address points (Layers.GISUSER.address_pts) - are a MANDATORY OSSI LAYER. With each update to centerlines based on development, revision of errors and omissions or changes made at the county level, address points must be updated, given a city code (only if within the city limts and etj geographical boundary), x/y coordinates and exported as a shapefile to Public Safety.Mandatory Field Population:RF_ADDR - right from address - lowest even numeric addressLF_ADDR - left from address - lowest odd numeric addressRT_ADDR - right to address - highest even numeric addressLT_ADDR - left to address - highest odd numeric addressPREFIX - usually a direction (S, W, N, E) or a type of street (HWY, FM, etc.)NAME - street name with no suffix or prefix (N. The CODE will be MISS for these cases and the ODD/EVEN field will be populated with either an O for odd or E for even. This is a trigger for the public safety software to identify streets owned by other jurisdictions with Missouri City addressesCOUNTY_L & COUNTY_R - County designation RECDATE - record date of plat which documents the creation of this road. Only within the city limits and ETJ. CG_ID - cartegraph id - ties the code assigned to the pavement by the software to the centerline.
